Yanina Maggiotto
Birding & Bird Photography Guide
Ornithologist and tourism graduate specializing in nature tourism and photography. Born in Argentina, she moved to Spain 24 years ago, where she has lived ever since in L'Albufera de Valencia with her family. Her passion for wildlife and nature has driven her since childhood.
For the past 16 years, she has specialized in operating bird and nature watching tours. As president of the Birding Guides Association of the Valencian Community since 2014, she works on developing and promoting the Valencian birding market by attending national and international fairs, and delivering training courses for the tourism sector.
She is also a board member of the recently established Spanish Association of Professional Nature Guides. As a bird enthusiast, she actively collaborates in censuses and conservation projects.
